Salvation in the Book of Acts (Part 3) looking at Repentance

Baptism I don't believe saves, read Paul's epistles (Romans - Philemon) however, a saved Christian should be baptized.  Salvation and belief in The Book of Acts (saved and/or getting the Holy Ghost) WITHOUT water baptism.
